- For ceramic pots - given there is no ceramic saucers are produced by factories nowadays, we only provide plastic saucers with matching colors. The plastic saucers are thick and in high quality.
- For cement pots - we also provide the same high-quality plastic saucers in black color. If you request for cement saucers, please remark this in the order. There will be extra costs for the cement saucers.

- If you choose the plant with white ceramic/ black ceramic/ cement pots, we will transplant the plant with new soil in the chosen pot.

Please prepare 2 - 3 hours buffer time for the delivery in case of any delay due to traffic jams.
- Delivery to door services (no stairs/ have lift & free parking):
- We will arrange a delivery company to get all your plants delivered to your doorstep;
- Quotes of the delivery depends on your location. Please refer to this link to get the quotes.
- Please note that this service's quote is applied to buildings with no stairs/ having lift with free parking areas. Additional charges will be incurred if any parking fees, and walk-up building based on 50-80HKD per level of stairs per Hong Kong delivery standards.
- This service is not available post 18PM HKT.
