Customer can choose below options for your delivery. Please prepare 2 - 3 hours buffer time for the delivery in case of any delay due to traffic jams.
- Delivery to door services (no stairs/ have lift & free parking):
- We will arrange a delivery company to get all your plants delivered to your doorstep;
- Quotes of the price is slightly higher than Gogovan depending on your location. Please refer to this link to get the quotes.
- Please note that this service's quote is applied to buildings with no stairs/ having lift with free parking areas. Additional charges will be incurred if any parking fees, and walk-up building based on 50HKD per level of stairs per Hong Kong delivery standards.
- This service is not available post 18PM HKT.
2. Delivery to Building services:
- Customers would be required to pick up the plants at your building
- Quotes will be based on delivery fee between Hung Hom to your place in addition to any tunnel / bridge fees. Please refer to this link to get the quotes.
- This service is not available post 1830PM HKT.
客人可以選擇以下送貨服務。請準備好2-3小時充足的送貨時間，以防送貨路上出現塞車的情況。
- 我們會安排運輸公司將你訂的植物直接送到你的門口;
- 價格會根據你所要送貨的地點而定，價格會稍微比Gogovan高。請查看此處前往送貨上門的價目表。
- 請注意此服務只提供于無樓梯、有電梯和有免費泊車的地點。如有必要泊車，司機會就所需的泊車費用向顧客索取。另外，大廈如有樓梯，司機會另外收取搬抬上樓梯的費用。收費標準會根據50HKD 一層樓梯收取。請顧客和司機自行商議。

2. 送貨服務（到大廈樓下）：
- 顧客可以在大廈門口接收你訂的植物
- 運費會根據你所要送貨的地點和紅磡之間的距離而定，另外會加收中途所需要橋費和隧道費（如有）。請查看此處前往送貨運費的價目表。
- 此服務不適用於香港時間下午1830PM或之後。
